We are closing – hopefully temporarily

Dear entrusted clients, vendors, and friends –

Thank you so much for your trust in us over the years.

Due to unforeseen health reasons, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our doors effective mid-January 2024. Our aim is to use this time to focus on treatment and recovery, and ensure that when we return, we can continue to provide you with the quality service you’ve come to expect from us.

Our in-home cleaning services (carpet, upholstery, and tile) are currently booked all the way through the time we will be closing in January. We do have a cancellation list. Please email [email protected] if you’d like to be placed on the cancellation list.

We are still accepting in-shop rug cleaning, and will continue to do so until December 30th, 2024. (subject to change depending on workload)

We are hoping and planning to reopen sometime in April 2025, although this timeline completely depends on health progress. . We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we deeply apologize for any disruption this might cause to your plans or expectations.

We appreciate your understanding and support during this time. Your loyalty means the world to us, and we look forward to serving you again soon, healthier and stronger.
