If within 10 days you spill something on your carpet and you can’t get it out with either our Rendall’s Certified Carpet Spot Remover, or a white terry cloth towel dampened with water, (remember – blot, never rub or scrub!) simply give us a call and we’ll cheerfully return to spot clean for you at no charge.

In addition to this, make sure your vacuum is vacuuming! It sounds simple, but we often see vacuums that are not functioning properly due to clogged filters, full bags/canisters, and tangled brush-rollers 😉
