Our company, Rendall’s Certified Cleaning Services, is constantly building our referral network of awesome like-minded local contractors who do amazing work, are completely reliable, and provide outstanding customer service. Because we’ve been around for over 3 decades and have earned a great reputation, we get calls virtually every day from people who know of our quality but are looking for services that we do not offer. And because we massively care about helping our friends and neighbors, we like to point them in the right direction.
While we do not charge any type of finder’s fees, nor take any type of kickback whatsoever, please know that we are EXTREMELY picky about whom we refer. We have several amazing companies that we already refer in various categories, but we are immediately looking for awesome local businesses to add to our referral network in the following categories:
**Plumbers who do emergency service work (we do flood restoration, but not plumbing)
**Electricians
**Drywallers
**Plasterers
**Painters
**Window Cleaners
**Janitorial Services (we do carpet, upholstery, tile/grout, and rug cleaning, but not standard janitorial services like strip, wax, burnish VCT, empty trash, clean sinks and mirrors, etc)
**Carpet Cleaners (for overflow work)
**Drapery/Curtain/Valence Cleaners (does in-home assembly for pickup and delivery as well)

In addition to this, make sure your vacuum is vacuuming! It sounds simple, but we often see vacuums that are not functioning properly due to clogged filters, full bags/canisters, and tangled brush-rollers 😉
